Every balance carries a date and a source, either an on-chain address or a public filing. Data is CC BY 4.0 — quoting is welcome with attribution to litecoinregister.com. Balances are stated in the native asset. Historical fiat and BTC conversions use daily closing rates, which are published alongside the balance data.
